As a systems engineer, I bring a methodical and determined approach to my projects. I'm not afraid to explore related disciplines to create solutions, and I firmly believe that continuous learning opens up multiple pathways to solve any given challenge.
My academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Engineering Physics and Electrical Engineering. Over the years, I've gained valuable experience in telecommunications, embedded systems development, and software testing.
My master's thesis focused on developing improved signal processing techniques for airborne radar systems. I investigated how multitaper spectral estimation combined with minimum variance estimation could provide more effective clutter suppression compared to traditional methods, addressing the challenge of separating weak target signals from strong ground clutter.
Through simulation modeling and factorial analysis, the research showed improvements in improvement factor and minimum detectable velocity compared to traditional tapered Fourier transform methods.
3D-printed Raspberry Pi feeder running an on-device TensorFlow Lite animal classifier to differentiate birds from squirrels in real time. Made in PETG and weatherproofed with chimney cooling, seed-level window, and a servo coupled to a lid that gently closes only for squirrel detections.
A Raspberry Pi-powered robotic system that uses OpenCV computer vision to automatically detect coffee cups and launch sugar cubes with precision. Features dual-servo control, ultrasonic distance sensing, and spring-loaded launching mechanism for automated coffee sweetening.
A robot sailor fine-tuned to play sea shanties on a 3D printed mini marimba instrument. Features an ESP-32-controlled system with 4 MG90 servo motors, 3D printed components using Prusa i3, and plays classic sea songs like "Drunken Sailor" and "Wellerman" with ocean-themed mallets.
Here are some of the 3D printing designs I've created and shared on Printables. I enjoy making both functional parts and creative pieces, from practical components to decorative items. Feel free to check out my designs and download anything that catches your interest!
I'm always interested in hearing about new opportunities and exciting projects. Feel free to reach out if you'd like to collaborate or just want to say hello.
